Quail are the newest addition at River Bard Farm, hatched and raised right here in Deerfield.

We have been enjoying (and enjoying sharing!) their tiny but spectacular eggs, and finding new ways to incorporate them into our cooking.

They are amazing snacks hardboiled (and pickled eggs are our favorite), but you can use them any way you would use chicken eggs: in baking, fried, soft boiled, or as the absolute cutest deviled egg hors d'oeuvres. Order them in our farm store, and pick them up from our driveway fridge
